The ESE Annual General Meeting will be held during ICE/ECE 2012 at 12:30 on Tuesday 8 May 2012 at the Congress venue – Fortezza da Basso, Viale Filippo Strozzi 1, 50129 Firenze, Italy.

The agenda and appendices will be circulated by email to members at least one month prior to the aforementioned date. The documents will also be placed in the members' section of the ESE website.
