Dr Anjali Amin is a Consultant in Diabetes & Endocrinology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London. She holds a PhD in the effects of protein on appetite regulation. She has a strong interest in medical education and holds a Master’s degree in Education. She is an active member of the Society for Endocrinology's Public Engagement Committee.

Chloe works in CHEM Trust’s UK policy team advocating for high standards of protection for human health and the environment from harmful chemicals. This includes leading the team’s UK work on endocrine disrupting chemicals, coordinating a group of public health and environment NGOs working on chemical pollution, and also working across policy on the ‘forever chemicals’ PFAS.
