 I have a new membership or have recently renewed, why isn’t my registration working?

It can take a few days for new memberships to update on our registration system. Please allow a few days after applying for Society for Endocrinology membership before registering for the conference, to ensure that the membership data on our systems have updated.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Once you have registered and paid successfully for your SfE BES 2025 ticket, you will receive an email with your registration confirmation. If you have not received this after 24 hours of successfully making payment, please email [email protected] , and we will manually send this to you.

When do I get my CPD Certificate?

Information on the number of CPD credits available for this conference will follow in due course. CPD certificates will only be available for delegates attending SfE BES 2025, who have completed the post-event survey. CPD certificates will be sent out one week after the survey closing date.

When do I get my certificate of attendance?

A Certificate of Attendance will be available for all delegates attending SfE BES 2025. This will be emailed to all delegates one week after the conference.

What do I do if I need to cancel or modify my booking?

Once registered, a confirmation of receipt will be sent via email from Stripe, along with a detailed booking confirmation. Registration for social events must be booked in advance at the time of registration in order to secure a place.

No refunds will be made after Monday 20 January 2025 (for any reason including ill health). Refund requests received in writing on or before Monday 20 January 2025 will be subject to an administrative charge of £15.

Please note: accommodation and travel costs are the sole responsibility of delegates, the Society is unable to refund pre-booked accommodation and travel costs and this will be at the discretion of individual hotels and providers.

What food and refreshments are provided?

Coffee and lunches are included in the registration fee for a full conference in-person ticket and will be served daily.

Is there a prayer room?

There will be a dedicated Room of Silence at SfE BES 2025.
