The registration fees for this meeting includes access to all sessions, refreshments and lunch on the day.

Cancellation and Refund Requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before 31 July 2024 23:59. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of £40.00. Cancellations after 31 July 2025 will be subject to 100% payment penalty. Name changes for registrations are possible.

Onsite Badge Collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
