Registration will be open until Monday 4th March 2024 11:59pm GMT. After this point, registration will close. Please take into consideration to register at your earliest convenience as there are limited spaces available and spaces usually fill up before this date. In 2023 Clinical Update sold out a couple weeks before the early bird deadline, please take this into consideration when planning your registration.

All registration fees below are for residential registration which include access to all sessions, the exhibition, meeting materials, refreshments and lunch on each day, plus conference dinner and quiz (Tuesday) and two nights’ accommodation at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on the Monday and Tuesday evenings. The accommodation is based on single occupancy.

Important: If you do not require accommodation please contact our team before registering so that we can provide more information. Requests for registration without accommodation must be made in writing before registering for the meeting, by emailing [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis, as this course is designed to be residential.

Cancellation and refund requests:

All requests must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your confirmation document and receipt for payment. Refund requests can be accepted if submitted before or on Monday 29th January 2024, please note a £20 admin fee will apply. Requests received after this date cannot be refunded for any reason, including ill health.

Onsite badge collection

Identity must be provided when collecting your badge and materials onsite. This may take the form of an identity card or badge from a hospital, academic or scientific institution or evidence of identity on appropriate letterhead.
