The Society for Endocrinology have made available ten free registrations for the upcoming National Clinical Cases Meeting. These free places are exclusively reserved for individuals who are in the early stages of their endocrinology career path (FYs, CTs/ST1 and 2/IMT 3) and have not commenced their specialist training. Candidates must be endorsed by a full member of the Society for Endocrinology to qualify.

The ten free spaces made available have now been filled and so no further application forms will be accepted.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

Once registered, a confirmation of receipt will be sent via email from Stripe, along with a detailed booking confirmation. (Stripe is the payment system we use to accept Payments for NCC 2024).

No refunds will be made after Friday 5 April 2024 (for any reason including ill health). Refund requests received in writing on or before Friday 5 April 2024 will be subject to an administrative charge of £15.00.

Travel Costs are the sole responsibility of the delegates.

Society for Endocrinology Event Policy – Children*

Children (anyone under the age of 18 years) are not permitted in the poster area or presentation hall at any time. For this policy children are defined as anyone under the age of 18, which includes infants and babies in arms.

Children are not allowed to attend any presentations in the programme,, dur to the nature of the content and to avoid distracting / interrupting speakers or other delegates.

A private room will be available upon request for breastfeeding or nursing women to express.

Where refreshments are only available in the poster area and you have a child with you, please speak to a member of the Society Events Team, via the registration desk, and refreshments will be provided for you in an alternative area.

For reasons of insurance liability and safety, infants must be held or be in a pushchair at all times.
